3 Levels of Membership
Upon joining any course, you will be automatically enrolled at the DIY membership level. While we offer additional + and ++ memberships for those seeking extra, personalised assistance, there is absolutely no obligation to upgrade. These higher tiers are available should you desire further specific support tailored to your needs.
DIY Membership
Enrolling in any of our courses grants you access to the standard DIY membership, along with an array of exclusive benefits. These perks include discounted rates on future courses should you decide to expand your learning journey, as well as reduced prices for extended access to your current courses.
DIY+ Membership
Opt for an upgrade to receive 1-on-1 sessions with your course tutor. You have the flexibility to purchase a single hour or choose bundles of 5 or 10 hours. Instead of pre-defined slots, your tutor will personally reach out to understand your specific needs and schedule sessions at your convenience.
DIY++ Membership
DIY++ membership stands as our premier offering before transitioning to a fully personalised service tier. This exclusive level affords you a full day each month with your course tutor, to be utilised however you see fit. Whether you seek extended learning, assistance in reviewing modifications to your website or course-related content, or even direct hands-on help, you have the freedom to choose the focus of your sessions.

When Can You Start?
Our standard level DIY membership starts as soon as you enroll on any of our training courses.
Our DIY+ and DIY++ memberships are available as upgrades any time during your course enrollment. For either of these membership levels you will be put in contact with your course tutor to discuss your requirements and agree mutual times and dates before proceeding.
