This cooling-off period is designed to give you complete peace of mind when buying from us.

Refunds After Course Access or Beyond 14 Days

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, or if you have accessed your account and begun the purchased course, refunds under our refunds policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We take into account factors such as the time after purchase that a refund is requested, the extent of course access and the content consumed and/or downloaded.
